Nerano is more than just the name of the newest Talia di Napoli limited edition pizza; it is the name of both an infamous pasta dish as well as the Neapolitan village from which it hails. Spaghetti alla Nerano is known for its zucchini and Italian cheeses; we took these elements and turned them into an homage to our favorite local dish to create the Nerano pizza. This pizza has a Nerano-style sauce comprised of Pecorino cheese, zucchinis, and cream as its base and incorporates our signature Fior di Latte Mozzarella, iconic sourdough crust, and fresh basil to create the perfect celebration of this village, in sliceable form.
