Like I’m back in Italy!
Eating gluten free should be a death knell for great taste and it’s not when you eat Talia gluten free pizza! Both the Eggplant Parm and the Margherita were great! I can only hope you make more GF flavors. I will be reordering.

Delicious! Even addicting.
We loved the GF Eggplant Parmigiana even more than the GF Margherita! There were consistency issues in the crusts of the Margherita pies where it was too thick in some areas and didn't cook evenly. I am disappointed that there is "natural flavoring" added to the crusts. I think it's in the GF flour blend. I also wish they would put more fresh basil on each pie so more than one person could get some basil. Overall, these are the best GF pizzas I've ever had! It tastes like real pizza crust. At first, we were eating two a day! Pizza for breakfast and dinner! So good! Very high in carbs though.
